Ginger was added to our second apple press of the season within an hour of being harvested. A cool and slow fermentation allowed the two to meld together into a wonderfully dry cider with a pop of ginger on the nose with a slight warmth that arises before taking another sip. Unfiltered and minimal sulfites added, some sediment is normal. Serve lightly
