George III Chippendale Period Mahogany Chest On Chest / Tallboy Drawers & StorageAn extremely attractive George III Chippendale period mahogany chest on chest with working locks and key which boasts a projecting dental cornice over a fine blind fretwork frieze and canted corners. There is a label for 'Greenwood & Sons Ltd, 10, Royal Parade, Harrogate' to the underside of one of the drawers a firm which included Queen Mary among their patrons. William Francis Greenwood & Sons were established in the 19th century as furniture makers

There is some light browning to the pages in places but generally the pages are in a very good condition
