A Set of 3 George III Silver Salver or Trays, London 1762 by Richard Rugg Edkins and Astonenquire A rare set of 3 early George III silver salvers or trays. Consisting of 1 large salver accompanied by 2 smaller salvers or waiters. All with intricately cast, pierced gallery borders with chinoiserie decoration featuring seated figures and birds of paradise. The whole standing on scroll feet with elegant floral decoration. The centres are engraved with identical coat of arms. (see pictures) The armorial is surrounded by a beautiful floral
