Martini Speciale Riserva Rubino Vermouth 75cl brofferThis release from the Martini team takes specially selected wines (Beppe Musso the master distiller chooses) and blends them together and is designed as a Ruby Vermouth (hence the name Rubino). It is has notes of Red Berries and an Earthy infusion.

This Maple Gin is brought to us by the Dr Adam Elmegirab team who are well known for the production of Bitters and first released this Gin in 2018

and with all the fresh ingredients creates a more authentic Gin with notes of Strawberries running throughout

The years have ripened the fresher strawberry and raspberry notes

This Gin has a Citrus refresher to begin with which is shortly followed by notes of Pine Blossom and a strong Juniper and a Sweet and Floral finish

Full bodied with plenty of Rich Fruit notes with undertones of Wood Smoke and a Smooth Lingering finish

however the Bayou team are here to change that
