We use a special process to fuse the vinyl so it's sturdy, heat resistant, water resistant, tear resistant, and easy to clean with any all purpose cleaner. The pockets are carefully machine stitched with heavy duty UV resistant multifilament polyester thread. Each refillable folio includes a simple elastic closure and a junior size 5"
