Originating from the Amu Darya region, this rug features a 2 X 6 gulli gul pattern on a Salor red field. The secondary gul features an Ashik gul center with radiating bird heads. The early border indicates its age. In very good condition, no repairs, with a horse hair warp and 8 stunning colors, this rug was given a museum quality hand wash.
