Oak & Eden Anthro Series Penny and Sparrow Whiskey (750ml) 30 yearCreated in collaboration with indie Americana alt pop duet, Penny & Sparrow, we crafted their one of a kind signature bottle of whiskey. We begin with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We cut this bourbon to 114 proof (57% ABV). After aging, we add a twist an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted, imparting sweet, creamy flavors, and notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and
