In very good condition. We've cleaned the fabric but there remains some vague discolouring, mainly on the seat cushions. No holes or tears. The varnish has light wear in parts, nothing obvious. Pick up from our Rowville workshop weekdays between 10am and 4p m or Saturdays by arrangement. Delivery
