Vindiou - Rancure Saint-Joseph 2021 (750ml) OverbergA magnificent, confidential and promising Saint Joseph, ready to be enjoyed young with a perfectly fluid and digestible mouthfeel. The vines are located in Andance, right in the center of the Saint Joseph appellation. Deep terroir on alluvium, rolled pebbles and sand. Vinification in whole clusters 10 days, little extraction, 24 hours of manual and gentle ratchet press, 1 year of aging on fine lees in old barrels, no racking and bottling by gravity.
