The flowers have 10 16 tepals and have a light lemon aroma, and the tree is deciduous. Our tree in the garden is only about 8 ft. tall and 10 ft wide after 15 years. Dark green elliptical leaves cover the tree through spring, summer and fall. The tree is also very hardy to both heat and cold, and can take a full sun location. This cultivar is a hybrid between M.
