while the 25 year old vines give it youth

of which 10 are Nebbiolo for Barolo

to reappear later in the mouth

always presented in its traditional 50 cl bottle

with a history of Sherry production going back six centuries

it has aromas of fresh strawberries and spring flowers

of which about one third was new

the cuvée is aged at least 30 months sur lattes (on laths)
