Park Pineau is made of 76% grape must (composed of 50% Montils, 30% Colombard, and 20% Ugni Blanc), and 24% Cognac eau de vie. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest and blended with the eau de vie. The Pineau is rested in stainless steel vats for 6 months, then aged between 2 4 years, with at least 1 year in lightly
